Absolute Gift at the Bowling Green

Our multi talented drummer Alannah has been working hard with the Bowling Green on Wigan Lane to set up a one day music festival in aid of the Headway charity. She has pulled together a fantastic line up of musicians and bands who are generously giving up their time and talent for free in order to support the cause, and what a line up it is!

The day kicks off with the amazing Keegan McGuinness - original solo artist, followed by the fabulous female led Manchester band Curfew who specialize in cult classic covers you are bound to know and enjoy! Absolute Gift will be trying to follow that with our mixed set of originals with a few classic covers to sign along to, before we give the stage to the incredible Dead Tenant. If you havent heard these guys yet you need to - "heavy pop for heavy times". 

Get your denim out for our headliners A Quo Stick who will be "rockin all over the Bowling Green" with their acoustic tribute to Status Quo. You havent seen anything like this and you really dont want to miss it!
